Miraculous Ladybug has become more of the Fandom changed characters for me.

I don't watch the show anymore, to be clear, But I love the concept of the characters so much. I love how people twist and bend these characters into their own, They aren't the shows' characters to me anymore. It feels like a group of people posting about the same ocs.

So when I come on tumblr and look at the Miraculous tags and see things from the show I go, Those aren't my babies.

The characters have taken a life of their own in fics. Maybe it's because I stopped watching after Lila was introduced because I hated her soso soo much But I really think that cannon should be ignored in some cases so that the characters can be better than how they are portrayed in the show.

Yes there will always be Mari salt, and Yes There will always be Adrien salt, but when you watch authors twist and bend their personalities to make more enjoyable characters it makes it kinda worth it to just.. Stop watching the show if it makes you mad. Step back and embrace that somethings grow outside of the original.
