I need some advice on a guy...

There’s this really nice , cute funny guy I work with and we’ve work together for over a year and I would say where friends. We like to talk about movie and music and books like that and it’s great. When we walk past each other we stick out our tongues at each other or he’ll come grab keys from me and we can talk and we communicate with sounds sometime and it will be like a grunt or something like that ( it’s mostly him that does that lol ). I guess my issue is, I don’t know his sexuality, I can’t tell if he’s fat or bi or something like that. I don’t want to ask him because I think that’s weird and I don’t want it ask him out or anything because that would be weird and I don’t know if he likes me like I like him. And like I said I like being friend but I’m catching feelings and I don’t want to get hurt and ruin it between us

Boy advice pls I don’t know how to converse

Okay y’all, so I need boy advice. So I saw this boy at school and through my amazing stalking skills found out his name. I looked him up on insta and found his profile and since he was public I followed him. I’m on private and I was so shocked when he actually requested to follow me back!!! Boys never do that to me!!! So I’m trying to figure out how to tell him I think he’s cute and want him to hold my hand and be my boyfriend. I already screwed it up somewhat because I send him a hockey meme and said “oops wrong person” to see how he would react, but to no surprise he just left me on seen. And he never swipes up on my insta stories and replies but he’s so cute and tall and has dark hair and brown eyes (which is a must) and he plays hockey (!!!) and I honestly don’t know how to start a conversation with this dude. Do I even go for it??? He’s two grades below me.... I don’t know please help y’all!!!
