Indulge in the bold flavors of Blackened Swordfish Sandwich featuring Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. This sandwich combines perfectly seasoned swordfish with a zesty mayo sauce and fresh veggies for a mouthwatering meal.
Ingredients: 2 swordfish fillets. 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 hamburger buns. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon hot sauce. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 tomato, sliced. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 slices provolone cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Use salt and pepper, as well as Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning, to season the swordfish fillets. Use olive oil to cover the fillets and rub the seasoning into them. They should be cooked all the way through and have nice grill marks after about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Take it off the grill and set it aside. Put hot sauce, lemon juice, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Mix them together to make a spicy mayo sauce. Split the hamburger buns in half and toast them on the grill for one to two minutes, until they're just barely crispy. Spread the spicy mayo sauce on both halves of the buns before putting the sandwiches together. On the bottom half of each bun, put a swordfish fillet that has been grilled. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, and a slice of provolone cheese on top. Add the top half of the bun to the sandwich. Get the Blackened Swordfish Sandwich from Tony Chachere's and enjoy it with your favorite sides.
