C is definitely my most popular letter for some reason, with me being able to think of TEN different sims with C names, including 2 heirs that you haven't met yet. H is also weirdly popular with Hollyhock, Heirloom, Howlite, and Hyacinth. Like, not that many, but more than I'd expect for H.
