I made this building by myself, it's a first time doing an apartment building and as big as this one, that's was tuff but I think I like it. I wanted to a coffee bar also BUT not the best idea, I forget that with the residential location, commercial area are not working AND my sim continues to want to cook in the coffee kitchen lol ... but well that's ok.

There're 5 unit - a tiny studio on the top, and 2 apartments to each floors.
