And it’s a reminder that inequality still bites. 📅 This August 19 is Equal Pay Day 2025 — the day that marks the 50 extra days (or 7 weeks) women in Australia must work into the new financial year to earn the same average pay as men did last year. Fun fact? 🦟 50 days is also the average lifespan of a female mosquito. Coincidence? Maybe. But it’s time to zap the gender pay gap once and for all. 🔍 Want to know how your employer measures up?
