Today was a very good day; after five years, an operation and having five teeth removed, I finally got my braces off in perfect time for my graduation next week! After my appointment I went over to see Emma for some coffee and a catch up, and was presented with a very cute pair of owl socks she’d spontaneously bought me. I was still super excited by the time I got to Peter’s in the evening and took the opportunity to take lots of photos with him (and a very reluctant Kit Kat), as he’s never actually seen me without my braces! It was also finished off nicely by the exciting arrival in the post of my monthly history magazine and ‘Fairest of Them All’ by Serena Valentino.
