So, we've been lucky enough to have escaped the direct impact of the East Gippsland fires, meaning we're still standing! The indirect impact is that we had to evacuate, turn everything off and shut down the business and dog park. Now for the cleanup, restart and develop systems that are more resilient to disruptions. Mushrooms panic when their environment changes radically like when their light, humidity and temperature cut off. Panic in mushroom talk, is grow rapidly and spore prolifically.
