You know how sometimes in math you think you're done with a problem, but then it turns out there's one more step? Well I think life can be like that when a person feels hopeless. But you have to remember that your happiness is not a one that someone forgot to carry, it just comes later in the equation. Your heart beat is not the wrong answer. You won't be this way forever. The version of you that you're experiencing now is not the final product. You still have variables yet to be found. Numbers to be plugged in. You know, like experiences to be experienced, and people to meet and love. And yeah sure, sometimes the numbers don't come out evenly, and sometimes you'll feel like a decimal, like you aren't whole, but that doesn't mean that that's how you'll be forever. Negative numbers can become positive. Maybe you're a fraction now, but one day you'll find your reciprocal, be it a person, hobby, career, passion, anything, and you will be whole again.
There's always an answer. Don't leave your equation unfinished.
