This isn't your ordinary sushi! So, if you have guests and want to impress them making sushi, consider a small twist! Braid some thin cucumber slices and lay them on a loaf pan. Add sushi rice, omelet, smoked salmon and avocado and cover with the braided cucumber. The result is pretty amazing! 😋
