Just to show you guys how unhinged obsessed dedicated Ali~Beta is to Braided Realities, they locked me in a virtual room for three and a half hours while drawing (and vaguely explaining) this.

The unhinged part being that this entire thing is backstory referencing a Braided prequel fic that hasn't even been written yet, that is only relevant to the next two chapters because OF A SINGLE CONVERSATION!

Anyway, new fic dropping soon! AND it’s prewritten, which means there will be a— dudududuuu —upload schedule! WHOOO

So yeah, it’ll be uploading every weekend on Saturday or Sunday.

Also, while this fic is being posted, I’ll be working on the next chapter of Vagabonds. IF all goes according to plan, Vagabonds will be ready to update by the time this fic is fully posted.

(That’s the plan, but I make no promises, because this fic was supposed to be finished literal months ago and I have zero self control.)

Also, I would like to clarify that Vagabonds and Braided Realities have not been dropped. I didn’t mean to leave them alone for six months, I just...lost the motivation to write for a while. For obvious reasons.

Also also, might be responding to a lot of asks that have been piling up in my inbox that I just realized is a thing (oops), so uhh don’t be surprised if you get a butt ton of notifications out of nowhere okay? okay!

it's been months since i read braided realities and i still get ptsd from it, especially as a science student we need to use the word 'delta' a lot. and damn the flashbacks.

this fic gave me more emotional trauma than anything ever did lmao

Uhh, it's not abandoned! Sorry! Just been busy with Vagabonds and...life. Yeah.

But it will come back, in the not-so-near foreseeable future!

As soon as the current Vagabonds chapter is posted, we'll move on to Braided. Might also work on a little unrelated project after that, but that remains to be seen.
