mochi ice cream: what i look for in a friend
mm, upon first impression I look for genuine enthusiasm about something or anything lol, and idk just gut feelings about whether we can be friends. i look for laughs and whether we can have some type of conversation?
and for long term, i look for loyalty, someone i can trust. i want a friend i can stay up late with, someone i can relate to, someone who can read a situation quickly and just knows what to do,
i think this is starting to get a little deep i'll stop
jasmine tea: an unpopular opinion that i have
my heart cant take this rn im so nervous-
i believe that people who self harm don't have a problem, more like they're attention seekers, more those that post photos online. sure, they have problems going on in their life but everyone does. i've seen some people say that the pain it gives them helps to forget about whatever problem that concerns them and helps them cope and such but honestly i feel that the injuries they inflict on themselves are more like they're asking to see how many people care and are willing to help them
unless its somehow linked with another mental disorder or something, i still think its attention seeking. in regards to cutting, why would you post photos online? to get people to see.
those who publicly show they self harm, it isn't a call for help.
and tumblr, i feel, doesn't look down on self harm, im not saying tumblr worships it or anything either, but you realise there's plenty of posts and photos about cutting, under/over eating and poisoning, i almost see it as a trend :\ because tumblrs a growing social network there are more and more users that see a self harmer's injuries. i do think they're attention seekers.
so yeah.
send me a treat! ^///^
