Oh, Nameless Dread. I don't get why you're here right now, buddy. I'm taking a week off, I'm doing nothing but relaxing, but I've been two seconds from full-blown panic attack for a day and a half. I did yoga. I did breathing exercises. I bought a scented candle even though candles are Not My Thing. I took a long bath and listened to calming music. What is it, buddy? If I could hug you and tell you everything will be all right, I would. But you've got to stop screaming. The Ativan isn't making much of a dent, and I have to know, what is it?
