oh he lived there for five years so he's fluent. but the reason they're going is to hand out charity and religion to unsuspecting children. like, "hey now that I've given you a bowl of food, you can listen to me proselytize for 2 hours then let me take photos of you smiling holding this pamphlet so I can show rich businessmen in western europe how their donations have funded this grand indoctrination plus all my living expenses!"
