Most of us have a dominant brain hemisphere as well as a dominant hand (and ear, foot, and eye).Our brain dominance doesn’t have to limit us. By actively engaging both hemispheres of the brain through movement (crossing the midline, eye tracking, alternating the use of hands or feet), we can help ensure a well-integrated brain in which both hemispheres communicate.
