01.23.2018 After spending the evening trying to understand how optics work I finally got to observe some beautiful Purkinje cells of rat cerebellum. Here are some notes on Köhler illumination of which I was terrified at the begging because I thought it was going to be something difficult to achieve (mostly because I didn't understand how it works). However it turned out it was pretty simple to do. xoxo
