So the thing is, I HAVE the technical knowledge and ability to design and construct a brainwashing chair that I can strap someone into, and put the VR goggles on and headphones and flip the switch and watch you disappear into that endless void. But there's no one here for me to strap into it. It really busts my motivation to get it done, you know?
Writing Prompt : 'This is not good.' Henry tells himself. Ever since Reginald got that brainwashing tech, the Toppats were dominating the goverment. He didn't care, until they got Charles and Ellie. And now he was here. He got into the laboratory quietly. But then he saw someone right in front of them. "Hey, wait... I think I know you!" (Context : Reginald gets brainwashing tech and brainwashes Charles and Ellie to join the toppats. Henry has to save them. You can change anything else)
Henry slowly approaches Charles, telling his currently brainwashed friend that he does indeed know him, talking about Charles' helicopter and the General and the crazy stunts the two of them pulled.
Charles took a minute to think, before actually remembering everything, shaking off his hat and telling Henry that Ellie was nearby.
The two were quickly formulating a plan as they ran, knowing Ellie wouldn't be so easy to just talk to.
They didn't expect the Toppats to give Ellie her own custom sign to hit people with, but after a good hit to the face, Henry was able to adjust to the new weaponry.
Henry and Charles kept playing hard to get, frustrating Ellie to no end. The longer they went at it, the more the memories started flowing back for Ellie, of watching Henry and Charles come up with some crazy scheme or running from Rupert after doing something.
And soon, Ellie shook off the brainwashing, pulling Henry and Charles into a hug as the three friends were reunited.
Though the big problem came with unbrainwashing everyone else, something that Henry, Charles and Ellie knew they couldn't just do one by one.
Ellie then figured out that if the brainwashing machine is broken, the damage it had done would be undone. It was just a matter of being able to get close enough to accomplish the task. Henry then had a dangerous idea.

Charles and Ellie dragged a beaten Henry to Right, who had the biggest grin on his face as he told Charles and Ellie to leave Henry to him.
The two left far enough to be away from Right, but close enough to act as backup if need be.
Right put Henry into the machine, telling Henry that soon he would be much happier, before starting the machine up.
Henry had to hold on mentally before the EMP would fire, finding it harder and harder to resist the urge to give in, to have a possibility to be with Right, who he was sure in another time or place that they would of been close.
Before Henry faltered completely, the EMP went off, destroying the machine and undoing the brainwashing on the rest of the Government soldiers.
Right was flung a ways back as Charles grabbed Henry, who minus some bruises, was ok.
Triple Threat and the rest of the Government found their way back to base, with Galeforce being almost like a worried dad to each and every soldier.
And Henry was just glad his friends were back.
Some people ask if you want to see some cool rocks they found, I ask if you want to try out my brainwashing machine.
Little bit by little bit. It all slowly comes together.

Brainwashing headgear
When you have built your brainwashing machine, should the part that goes onto the head be more cheesy sci-fi, tubes and electrodes hanging off, glowing lights, with a giant, possibly glowing cable situation? Or should it be some kind of proper helmet or hat that could be mistaken for a normal everyday bit of gear?
Keep in mind that no matter what, it would obviously have to integrate some kind of goggles/glasses and something to make sound in the ears.

What makes you an evil hypnotist?
Because I do evil things like hypnotizing and brainwashing young ladies for my amusement, to make them my helpless toys, mindless and pumped full of sensation and pleasure until they can no longer think for themselves and they have no ability to know the difference between my words and their own thoughts.
I'm also building a brainwashing machine to make it even easier for me to do that.
I don't twirl my mustache or try to make a puppy fur coat, though.
