i'm an au brambleclaw but i'm still very close to the source material and it makes me feel really shitty when people in the fandom hate on me or say stuff like "if the roles were swapped, bramble totally would have been ashfur in the fire scene" NO!! i wouldn't have!! i would never do that to someone i loved, even if she rejected me

yess okay let me explain a bit!!! ((im so excited about this omg, gonna put it under a readmore cause its kinda long whoops))

heres the crystal fractions!!

okay!! so, these cats make up 4 groups of ‘fractions’ their fractions being named after gems: silverstone, goldengrove, pearlprairie, and rubyriver ((or sapphireshore?? i cant decide))

their traditions are that no cat decides another cats gender ((aka theres no assigned genders)) and cats are allowed to explore their own gender and sexuality/romantic identity without any gendered labels!! to also help with this cats who can give birth are called “birth parents” instead of queens and their mate(s) are just called parents ;u;

their kits are called youths, apprentices tenderfoot ((or tenderfeet for plural)), their warriors are called gems, leaders are called stars and are given two lives ((for serving their fraction with more than a life)) and their version of starclan is called the crystal lights ((they believe the crystal lights are made of actual crystals and wander the skies at night and make up the sun during the day))

they have two part names ((aka sleet feather, stone mist, spark flutter)), their first part of their name can describe their appearance, size, etc, and the 2nd part comes from their birth parents first ((spark flutter is able to have kits— their kits would be named owl spark, night spark, etc!!

feel free to ask further questions but thats the jest of it c’: the main reason why i asked about this in the first place was cause i wanted to ask some of the trans/nb warriors folk on here if they wanted to lead one of the fractions with a nb/trans cat :3
