im wondering if i'm gray ace, bc i feel sex repulsed and don't experience sexual attraction to anyone but my datemate, and with them i am not sex repulsed either. does this make me demi or gray ace or any other label you think would fit?

If you developed the sexual attraction to your datemate after establishing a bond with them, then demisexual would fit, and gray-asexual fits regardless of that caveat. If gray-asexual works for you, go for it!
