David Pacan, the MVP of the 2019 ECHL All-Star Classic, returns for a third season with the Brampton Beast.
BRAMPTON, Ontario - The Brampton Beast announced that they have re-signed forward David Pacan for the 2019-20 season.
Pacan had a monster season for the Beast last year, leading the club in scoring, and finishing fifth overall i the ECHL, with 70 points (28g-50a) in 72 games. He went on to add five points (2g-3a) in six postseason contests. Pacan was selected to represent the Beast at the 2019 ECHL All-Star Classic, and went on to earn Most Valuable Player honors while also capturing the Acuracy Shooting title.
The native of Ottawa, Ontario has posted 351 points ( His ECHL career numbers are incredibly impressive. The Ottawa native has 350 points (127g-223a) in 392 career ECHL games with Brampton, South Carolina, Kalamazoo and Cincinnati.
He also has a total of 26 games in the American Hockey League under his belt with San Antonio, Utica, Norfolk and Syracuse.

Daniel Leavens of the Brampton Beast is the Inglasco ECHL Player of the Week for Nov. 11-17.
Leavens scored three goals, added five assists, and was a +5 in three games last week.
The 26-year-old had three points (1g-2a) in a 5-2 win at Worcester on Thursday, added a goal in a 6-3 loss at Maine on Friday and posted four points (1g-3a) in an 8-3 victory over Worcester on Sunday.
A native of Toronto, Leavens has 15 points (6g-9a) in 14 games with the Beast this season.
Leavens has recorded 116 points (38g-78a) in 146 career ECHL games with Brampton, Toledo, Atlanta, Wheeling, Allen and Rapid City.
Prior to turning pro, Leavens tallied 108 points (40g-68a) in 136 career games at Robert Morris University.
BRAMPTON, ONTARIO – The Brampton Beast announce today that they have signed defenseman Brenden Miller to an SPC for the 2019-20 ECHL season.
Miller, 25, spent last season with four different teams. He began in Slovakia with HC Banska Bystrica where he had four points over the course of 25 games.
He then moved over to Sweden and suited up in nine games for Tingsryds AIF where the blueliner had two assists.
Miller then returned to the ECHL for the latter portion of the year and played for both the Florida Everblades and the Manchester Monarchs. He made it into 20 games total and had seven points over that span. He’s also previously made an ECHL stop with the Orlando Solar Bears.
The Orangeville native also made it into five playoff games where he recorded one assist.
Miller will be very familiar with Brampton and the CAA Centre due to his time with the Brampton Battalion of the Ontario Hockey League. He moved with the team to North Bay and was an alternate captain in his final year of play in 2014-15.
The defender has also seen American Hockey League action with the Toronto Marlies and has appeared in two regular season games where he recorded one goal.

The Hamilton, Ontario, native had the second-most productive ECHL season of his career in 2018-19 recording 64 points (28g-36a) to tank second on the team. He also posted a league-leading nine game-winning goals.
Vallorani has a Kelly Cup to his name, capturing a title with the Reading Royals in 2013.
He had his best statistical season with the Beast in the 2016-17 season, accumulating 83 points (32g-51a) in 72 games.
Vallorani has made ECHL stops with the Reading Royals and Utah Grizzlies in addition to the Beast. He's also spent time abroad, with Milano Rossoblu in Italy, Starbulls Rosenheim in DEL2 and with Almtuna IS in Sweden.
