Don't worry, I know how you feel about the shiny not coming, for me it took me about 2 or more weeks to get my shiny charmander. It will come when you least expect it and it is fine to take a break from it and then come back for the absol!

omg I never thought I’d be someone top 10 followers wow.

1.- After I wash my hair I can’t open my eyes unless I rub them with a towel first.
