Leckere #Brandy-#Butter zum 2. Advent. Im #Butter-#Shaker selbstgemacht. Passt super aufs weihnachtliche #Früchtebrot. In Großbritannien 🇬🇧 wird #Brandybutter traditionell zu #Plumpudding gegessen. Einfach 200ml zimmerwarme #Schlagsahne zusammen mit 30ml #Brandy und 1 EL #Puderzucker in den #Butter-Shaker geben, Butterungskugel dazu, Deckel aufschrauben und 1 bis 2 min shaken. Sobald sich die #Sahne in #Butterfett und #Buttermilch getrennt hat, die beschwipste #Brandy-#Buttermilch abgießen und am besten gleich schlürfen. Dann die #Brandybutter aus dem Shaker holen.
