Black and roasty, with a bit of coffee and cocoa. Great foam. A bit watery, though.

Sour Ale
That’s a sour beer for grown-ups. Sour, of course, and not sweet or fruity at all. Instead you get a whole lot of smoky, peaty and tangy flavours (beech- and peat-smoked malts) and a lot of wood (barrel-aging). It even has some meaty and cabbage-like flavours to which you have to adapt yourself to.
A great beer, but not for everyone or everyday.
