the most reblogged post is a rb by @screamelot with a screenshot of a comment by @lilsolita explaining that the comment is on a tiktok of a guy training to swing a dragonslayer sword (link) the original video with the comment in OP's screenshot was posted on 2023-3-13 this is that video:

the dude used to sell the swords until late 2025 according to his online store (the swords are ~20lbs, additional weights for sale)
