She's stuck on crutches-- at least for the next few months or so. There had been severe damage to her already improper surgical job-- one of the rods in her back had cracked, plaguing her with a crunchy discomfort of a feeling. But she tosses the other a patient look-- limping the Verger Estate with a little difficulty.
"Mason decided he'd been-- disapproving of my involvement with his sister," she can still make tea, at least. Even if they have staff for this. She's reluctant to listen, "He tried to harm me as an offering to prove his position of power. --I'm adjusted. The surgery could've been worse. Margot was with me when I woke up," Margot whom I love, Margot who has killed for me, Margot who has stained her palms red with the blood of her brother for me, for me, "she thought it might be best I stay here while I recover, seeing as she didn't want me to have to be alone. Truthfully, I was reluctant to even argue, in spite of feeling like an imposition."
