So there’s this really underrated webcomic by the name of ‘The Search for Henry Jekyll’ written and drawn by the amazing @midorilied that’s based on the novel 'The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Dr Hyde’ and HERE IS WHY YOU SHOULD READ IT:
1. The plot and characters are really diff from the original though they still share very small similarities like the names and the premise of the plot.
2. The plot is unpredictable and realistic and it’s so interesting and the character development and relationships between the characters are 😭😭👌👌👌
3. Virtually everyone is queer is one way or another and on varying parts of the spectrum. No queerphobia or anything in this world.
4. The characters are so lovable and shippable like you could ship Utterson with Jekyll or Jekyll with Hyde or- you get it.
5. Utterson and Jekyll are really quite similar to Soukoku in terms of their rivalry and betrayal thing and (even their looks, Utterson has that like side mullet thing that Chuuya has and Jekyll has Dazai’s wavy hair so-)
Like it’s so good but barely anyone has heard of it??? You guys should check it out, it has 24 chapters (total: 400 pages!) at the moment! Please reblog to signal boost!
