Isae was definitely not the most outgoing person in the world. She didn’t raise her voice unless necessary and she normally wasn’t one to approach others. But there were those unnatural hair colors again. Blue hair really? She quickly looked away when she caught herself staring. Then she felt bad about acting like she wasn’t staring. So she stood, steeled herself a little and walked over to him.
“I wanted to apologize for staring. I’m still getting used to such brightly colored hair, since someone has told in some places it’s natural.... is yours?”
