everyone begs for my perspective until it’s me disagreeing with them. what’s that about?

i always hated this statement. my hate grew more when it was turned into this “cute trendy hashtag” that everyone believed would be so cool to use. we already live in a world where women are deemed less capable than men. we are seen as too emotional, too weak, too unaware, and too incompetent. so who thought it was a good idea to feed into these misogynistic stereotypes and label it as humor? let’s stop and think about the things we normalize.
