Bread Blog: Enriched sourdough spicy cheese bread I made a knockoff of a ridiculously overpriced cheese bread that folks really like here in Madison. I did change it up though, by making it with an enriched sourdough and using cheddar cheese instead of jack cheese. I also added extra crushed red pepper because I like the bread spicier. The cheddar cheese doesn't melt as well but I like cheese with a flavor!
I accidentally followed a bread blog, but it’s actually pretty interesting! It’s not half baked y’know?

also sorry that the cyrillic tags aren’t working correctly yet. i’ve tried to cross-tag everything with romanized tags but it’s not a perfect science just yet. for some reason tumblr keeps trying to capitalize the first letter of the words, but not counting them as the same word as the lowercase version. tumblr is weird with utc-8 i guess
