Post gym oatmeal. Picture and ingredients below the cut
Ingredients:
Whole rolled oats, a bit of water to cook those, hemp seeds, oatmilk, almond butter, light brown sugar, salt, chia seeds and vanilla paste
Pre gym yogurt (picture and ingredients under the cut)
Ingredients:
Home made cashew and oat yogurt, goji berries, chia seeds, light brown sugar, vanilla paste, cut up dates
It looks bad but it's literally amazing. It also had about 20 grams of protein!
Tahin is way too expensive, like it's not even fair. Same goes for dates. Like I want to support this smal business that I love with all my heart, but the dates are almost twice as expensive. It's not even fair
I made some really good fudge today but it's kind of ugly so idk if I'll share a picture. Here's an estimate recipe tho: Ingredients: ~5 tbsp Tahin ~3 tbsp Maple syrup 1 tbsp Margerine (the good kind, coconut oil would work too) Salt to taste 1 tsp Vanilla extract (paste would work too) Medjool dates to taste (optional, I'd reccomend against it if you're sensitive to cold foods) Steps: 1 Melt the margerine 2 mix it with the maple syrup and tahin (adjust the ratio to your liking) 3 Add the salt and vanilla paste 4 Add dates, if using 5 Put in the freezer until firm (I did it for about an hour) I genuinely do not measure things like fudge, I can estimate how much to use atp. It tastes reall really good tho. It kind of has salted caramel tahin flavour, really great
