How to make delicious Bread Tikki at home?
Ingredients: 1. 8 Bread Slices (cut its sides) 2. 4 Potatoes (boiled) 3. 1 Onion (chopped) 4. 1 Carrot (grated) 5. 1/2tsp Amchoor 6. 1/2tsp Kitchen King 7. Few Coriander Leaves 8. Salt, Black Pepper & Red Chilli Powder according to taste 9. Oil for Frying
Method: Mash the potatoes & add all the ingredients to it except oil, mix well. Take the bread slices & cut them in round shape with the help of round katori. Now take one round slice & dip it in a bowl containing water, squeeze it immediately & carefully. So that the bread slice doesn’t breaks down. Repeat the same for another slice. Then, Bake one of wet bread slice in one hand, put the potato filling on it and now, put another wet bread slice over it. Close its edge with the wet hands. Now, deep fry in the preheated oil. Serve with imli ki chatni & some tikka salad.
