People usually seem so shocked when I talk about the things I've been through in life. And at my age I've been through A LOT. But nothing and I mean nothing was more frightening than what happened on 11/3/2015 when I had to go through dual heart valve repair/replacement surgery. If not for @GeekGirlyK (THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE!)I wouldn't be here today to tell this story or thank her for dragging my butt to the emergency room for them to find out if had a heart problems. 7+ hour surgery to be rebuilt into a better man. Cardio Pulmonary Heart Failure is what I was diagnosed with to have this surgery...now I tick (yes like a clock or old fashioned watch) it's a constant reminder of how short life can be and how precious the moments in life are. Live a healthy life mentally and physically we all make mistakes and do stupid things but learn from them and don't let these things define you.
