I love that my awesome trainer @k_mach0 loves to document these milestones in our journey. I must say I was so afraid to try and go deep on those squats. Thankfully I have such a great #supportsystem who motivates me to push myself to achieve beyond imagination. Never did I imagine doing these squats nor at 135 lbs! I'm so thankful I made a decision to make changes for myself that promote a positive lifestyle. Thanks to my gym wifey @laurendumb and my sancha since 2005 @eguerra16 who make the gym so much fun!!
