It is after the break up that you're starting to feel more of yourself again. You're getting out of the house more often than before. It is when you started to smile again, to feel free, and to feel that (finally!) you're moving on.

And then all of a sudden, they're gonna come back. One missed call that will ruin everything that you've built yourself back. And here we go again. It's feels illegal, but lowkey (maybe at the back of our mind) you're kind of wanting them to call. Because maybe we miss them more than what we're happy to admit. Suddenly it's all about him again, the butterflies, the twisted hope and lies.

sometimes i wish it would break you the way it broke me, so at least i know that it means something to you.
