The Bridge #PODCAST #33 Let's Talking Healing & The Body
Breast cancee awareness month🎀
Breast Cancer: Is that a lump?! @korikardash #prisma #pencil #pink #breastcaner
Thank you to everyone that participated in our #DrinkPink October campaign to help raise #BreastCancerAwareness. The YOR Health community showed great support for this cause, and we will be donating $5,130.50 to the Susan G. Komen® organization to support their mission to end breast cancer.
In Australia this year, over 800 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer under the age of 40. But what you need to remember and never forget is that the five year survival rate for women diagnosed with breast cancer is 89%. The improvements in survival are thanks to EARLY detection of breast cancer through regular mammograms and regular self examinations. Which is why Martini to Mastectomy is here, to remind you beautiful ladies to give yourself a little self examination. So what are you waiting for? Check out Martini to Mastectomy and find out more. Love M-M
My good friend who is the most amazing woman and has sacrificed so much in her life who recently found out she has stage 4 breast cancer and got a double mastectomy just posted this on her FB and I want to cry. I hate that I cant help her :'(
Well I haven't heard from the doctor so I'm guessing they'll tell me at my radiation/oncology appt tomorrow. Nothing like a little added stress right now, so glad the doctors decided not to refill my Xanax. Apparently I need to worry more about the possibility of dependence on pharmaceuticals than having stage 4 cancer, anxiety attacks, looking at my children and not knowing how this is effecting them and their stability, not being able to eat or sleep on any regular basis and already getting calls from bill collectors while I fight for my life, not having enough money in my bank account to pay for my parking at the hospital much less the co-pay and wanting to cry every time I see myself in a mirror. Thanks American healthcare system, that I fucking pay for! Thanks insurance, that I/Steven fucking pay for!
