Tiger Traps

Jim wore a pleasant smile on his face as he suffered through the tour of his old home. The ancient innkeeper was happy to tell him the history of the bed and breakfast, including the spooky stories that absolutely did not happen during the times when the infamous crime lord and his right hand man lived in what was a brothel during the Victorian era. The innkeeper was especially pleased because he had just so happened to book the crime lord’s old room.
As if that somehow happened by accident.
When the innkeeper invited him to join them all for breakfast, he gladly accepted and followed her down to the gathering area, relieved that the tour was over. He had more pressing business.
Sebastian would be here. He had no doubt of that. He would be here and he would also be disguised. Jim would have to find the sniper that lurked behind the face of a modern man.
He was relieved to finally have a worthwhile task.
