This picture means so much to me. 4 years ago today - a lot of @brettkissel firsts. My first Brett show, first Brett selfie, first time meeting Brett after the show...Up to this point the only other country concerts I had been too were for Keith Urban or Johnny Reid. I was blown away this night. By how entertaining Brett is, by how engaged he is with his fans and by how hardworking he seemed (it was only my first glimpse to how hardworking he really is) In the middle of the show at the @therosebrampton Brett ran out into the audience and sang a few songs that made the crowd go bananas. This selfie happened on his way back to the stage. I drove home from this show thinking if a musician is THAT dedicated to his fans, that he would stay for 2 hours after the show to meet fans, he deserves that dedication from fans back. That night, I became one. I bought another ticket to another show of his right then. I ended up with tickets to three shows. I might’ve done more but unfortunately it was towards the end of his Ontario run. As of today, I’ve been to 45 Brett Kissel shows. More than any other artist. (Remember - I’m not crazy, I’m dedicated 😉) I also started listening to more ‘Canadian Country’ and now that’s pretty much all I listen to. It all started with a song, from a guy named Brett. - - #brettkissel #icesnow30belowtour #countrymusic #countrysinger #canadiancountrymusic #itallstartedwithasong #countrymusicfan #fanlife #brampton #selfie #iveseenitallfromthefrontrow (at The Rose Brampton) https://www.instagram.com/p/CKGg8GUJF9S/?igshid=o9xui38kry7t
