so it began. following the steps of Rose, Asia, Ambra, four women found each other via Twitter around Oct 7th, 2017. Around Oct 10th, we gathered in a DM that went to 7 women & rapidly grew daily Oct 22nd our story broke. To date we are now 400+ women with allegations against one man. Still no arrest. We learned that other men who he was associated with were doing similar things & some women guided those women to the reporter we used. It showed clearly the systemic problem of sexual assault & harassment within the industry. Media & some have tried to make this a male vs female, it’s not. It’s not exclusive in which some have made it out to be, as well . It’s a humanity issue. systemic patriarchy effects everyone. Hopefully through this IG, we will slowly smash the system. Through education, art & stories from all points of views in a global effort. Exclusivity isn’t an option, if we wish to see change. You can send your stories, your art to this account.
