Polyester Brewing Agent

Helps dyestuffs migrate from high concentration to low concentration or liquor at high temperature and pressure, which is suitable for brewing, leveling and stripping of polyester with disperse dyestuffs.

【Main composition】 Compound of special polyether surfactants and solvents.

【General properties of brewing agent】

Appearance: pale transparent liquid

Ionicity: anionic/nonionic

Solubility: easily soluble in water

1.Strong migration to disperse dyestuffs without shade change after brewing dyeing flaws.

2.Excellent dispersibility, leveling and wetting.

3.Suitable for brewing and stripping of polyester.

【Application】

1. Shades repairing

HT-G:   0.5-1.5 g/L

Bath ratio: 1: 10-20

Temperature & time: 125-130℃ × 20-40 min

2. Stripping

HT-G:    1-3 g/L

Sodium hydrosulfite: 3-5 g/L

NaOH: 3-8 g/L

Bath ratio: 1: 10 -20

Temperature & time: 125-130℃ × 20-40 min

3. Leveling

Disperse dyestuff:   X%

HT-G:    0.5-1.0 g/L

pH:   5

Bath ratio: 1: 20

Temperature & time: 125-130℃ × 20 -40 min
