My friend just said to me “I think I wanna start watching 9-1-1, it looks interesting from what I’ve seen of it” so I said, “Oh hell yeah, it’s a great show. I’m all up in the fandom so let me know if you start watching this bc I wanna know your journey into the fandom.”

She then goes, “From what I’ve seen it’s about these two first responders, who drive an ambulance, and they’re gay together. One of them is blonde, and he’s very sad.”

I then laughed and she said, “what?! I see a lot of sexual tension there!”

This is an outsider’s perspective of 9-1-1 on Fox. Someone who’s never seen the show before, has gotten this impression of the show.

I just... I need to say thank you to each and every person I’ve ever interacted with on this website, bc I never in my life expected to make such meaningful friendships here. I literally came here after a year and a half almost two year hiatus, and started screaming into the void bc that’s literally what I needed at the time, and then I found these fandoms, and I found all of you beautiful people, and I just had no idea that this was exactly what I needed in my life, and you’ve all been so wonderful and so amazing, talking about literally any and everything with you guys has gotten me through quite a bit of shit, and I just need to thank you all so much.
