Foetus "I Am The Walrus" Live 1995

Just published a vintage video of the Foetus live band performing "I Am The Walrus" on July 4 1995 at The Knitting Factory in NYC, shot by Alex Karinsky. The audio quality is a bit rough but it's a high energy performance with high energy filming! The band that night comprised of JG Thirlwell on vocals, Brian Emrich on bass, Joseph Budenholzer on keys, Dave Reid on guitar, Hahn Rowe on guitar and violin and Jim Kimball on drums.

When Will I Feel Love is an animation by Edouard Salier, who has also directed music videos for Air, Massive Attack and Raphael Saadiq. The sound design has been produced by Brian Emrich of The Black Swan, Requiem of a Dream and The Wrestler fame. The original song was written exclusively by Black Iris featuring Bethany Cosentino of indie rock band, Best Coast, one of the most inspirational bands of 2010. The creative concept was developed by leading global advertising agency Y&R, and provides insight into the realities of human trafficking, in particular the trafficking of young women into forced prostitution.
