All felt for the wreath itself is cut by hand & measurements are based on the first wreath I made in the color(s) shown. They are usually a bit larger than advertised. This wreath bright white. This wreath would be perfect anywhere inside the home and will also work on your front door if it is covered. The felt is synthetic so I'm sure it would be fine but the frame is metal and may rust so you should try to keep it dry. NOTE: I also accept CUSTOM ORDERS.
