These Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Tarts are a delightful combination of flaky pastry, creamy Brie cheese, and sweet cranberry sauce. They make for a perfect appetizer or holiday snack that will impress your guests with minimal effort.
Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed. 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces. 1/2 cup cranberry sauce. 1 egg, beaten for egg wash. Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: Adjust the oven temperature to 375F 190C and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. On a surface dusted with flour, unfold the puff pastry sheet that has thawed. Make four equal squares out of it. Put a couple of pieces of Brie cheese in the middle of each square of pastry. Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie. To make triangles, fold the pastry squares diagonally. To seal the tarts, press down on the edges using a fork. To give the tarts a golden finish, brush them with the beaten egg. After arranging the tarts on the baking sheet, bake them for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffy. After taking the tarts out of the oven, allow them to cool for a short while. For an additional taste and presentation boost, sprinkle powdered sugar and fresh rosemary sprigs on top. Enjoy your Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Tarts while they're still warm!
