Tonight’s sunset down by Lake Bonney Foreshore, SA
Sunset on the shores of Lake Bonney, SA
Relax
Gone to catch the last sunset we will have for the next week. Here in South Australia, its late autumn and the drought that has plagued the country at the beginning of the year is coming to an end. Wild and windy weather plus hail coming. The change is here!
Soft Muted Colours of Lake Bonney.
Just coming out of a brief stage 4 lock-down, never been so grateful to be able to walk the shores of the Lake. So I don’t how others survive longer lockdowns around the world. Makes you appreciate the freedom that often we take for granted. Hopefully, we are able to find/create an effective vaccine sooner than later.
Like everyone living in South Australia, we tend to flock to the seaside during a heatwave. And this week that just past was a scotcher!!!! So not being immune to the heat I found myself too being drawn to the beach to cool off. I was met by a large crowd of people all meandering on the edge of Brighton’s cool waters. To end the hot day we were greeted by a beautiful orange sunset. South Australia, where the BEST Beaches are!! Some people might dispute this. No one will change my mind.
