LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Bring Learning Home Initiative is expanding to Lake County, providing families around the county with free home access to ABCmouse Early Learning Academy via the library.
Age of Learning’s Bring Learning Home (BLH) initiative, which allows public library patrons to “check out” ABCmouse accounts to use at home for weeks at a time, recently expanded to the Lake County, CA, library system and was featured on the county newspaper's website. For families who don’t have mobile devices at home, each library location has five mobile-broadband tablets pre-loaded with ABCmouse. Bring Learning Home has already demonstrated impressive results in libraries throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Assessment data shows that children using ABCmouse through this initiative are averaging 20% growth in school readiness skills (in math and literacy)—after just one month!
