Lydon will always be the godfather of #britishpunk , the grandfather of seditionaries, anarchists, modern antichrists, bread & butter lovers, and dried laurel wreaths idols. The national treasure of the most beautiful flowers in the dustbin during the reign of HM Elizabeth & lady Thatcher. Natural born killer of boredom, law, order & rules, he gave youth reasons to believe again in the anarchy in music and the birth of the movement that began with his screams & bulletproof lyrics almost 50 years ago. This is how I saw him that summer afternoon in #finsburypark in which, despite the emotion, I almost died of hypothermia because of my not precisely punk clothing : ) . The truth is my attire was not appropriate for all year oceanic climate London -70s California gauze floral dress, black light wool jacket & black Adidas Gazelle-: like a urban animal with a green hay-wreath woven from its own hair enjoying their return to the stage, moving like an unleashed, uprooted and screaming flower exactly as he did when they debuted in the top-floor Common Room of Saint Martin's School Of Art, playing before an audience of about 20 as support to Rock & Roll band Bazooka Joe on november #1975 . That date marked the day that saw him and his mates born and hippies began their exile from the wild herbs garden of psychedelia.
