yeah i finished by now and i rly don't get all the hype unless you watched it as a kid before being able to analyze it critically

like bill murray was a jerk throughout the whole movie i dont get why adults would sympathize with his character at all. also of course he gets the woman he's been annoyingly flirting with the whole time even though they have nothing in common and she has no reason to be attracted to him other than the fact that he's the white male protag

i totally feel like you need to form an unhealthy attachmentto a character/pairing to watch grey's. otherwise it just gets worse and worse (the past two seasons after the plane crash were almost unwatchable though). cristina was that for me (also callie and mark to some extent since addison left way too fucking early) and now that she's gone i don't even think i'll bother reading recaps

yeah omg i stopped watching when they killed off teddy's husband patient in s8 and sort of read the synopsis for the rest but totally unattached. i just SNAPPED after that death, not because i cared too much for that particular character but because it was soooo needless and just added to the whole "literally like half of the people in/personally linked to this staff dies suddenly" vibe. unwatchable
