Update!!

Hey guys! 

We've had several setbacks as well as great strides since we came together a couple of weeks ago. We've re-started our newest project what feels like a dozen times now but it's all been making us more united. John has been absolutely killing it on the piano. Harry's been producing like a champ. Kacey continues to belt it out beautifully, and Brittany is songwriting like a boss while managing the team. Something we've all learned is how important communication is. The only way for us to get past each hiccup we've faced is by coming together (ALL four of us), and talking it out. It always ends in laughing and doing what we love most: jamming out together. We've promised each other to keep working hard to deliver the best content we can. 

Stay tuned for the new stuff we are working on. We hope everyone else loves it as much as we do.

We Are PatchWRK

PatchWRK is a team that embodies the value of collaboration. Each of us as individuals have a unique style of music but rather than dividing over our differences, we choose to unite through them. 

Kacey Velazquez is a singer/songrwriter whose background lies in pop-country music. She has been playing the guitar for two years and taught herself piano. She has been writing/recording music for years and attends a performing arts school in Manhattan. She is inspired by stories of the people she meets and by the experiences she goes through. She loves to perform whenever and where ever she can. 

Harry Gottesman is a producer who has a passion for revamping vintage sounds in a modern way. Inspired by the sounds of Pretty Lights, Gramatik, and Flying Lotus, Harry strives to fuse the sounds of vintage jazz, soul, R&B, funk, and blues with the modern sounds of hip-hop and various forms of electronic dance music. 

John Higgins is a classically trained pianist but maintains a love for creating hip-hop beats. His passion is found between the contradiction of an 808 drum and a piano prelude. Along with producing John also writes lyrics and poetry. 

Brittany Brazil is a creative officer who develops our brand as artists. Her interest in music evolved through her interest with the hop-hop/rap genre.  Having played both the violin, piano, and guitar as a child, she quickly realized that performing was not her passion, but instead production and business were where she wanted to be. 

We all share a common love for music as an art...
