Broadchurch Spoiler Warning

Broadchurch Series 3 is nearly here so I thought I should warn you all that I will be avalanche posting after each ep flailing about what happens with every one ... so if you're a rare bird not interested in Broadchurch or have to wait a few days for the ep to air ... start considering you tag blocking options now I will promise to do my absolute best to tag all my posts with Broadchurch ... but I ask your forgiveness now if a few slip past in the heat of the excitement ... and will totally understand if you unfollow me for the duration

Finally started Broadchurch the other day. 5 eps in, and this is a ride.

Also, is the entire show just this one case? Definitely closer to the reality of how some cases can take ages to solve.

Also, jeez, can you arrest an entire village for obstruction of justice? Because damn! It’s called Due Process, people. I have an inkling the infamous prior case didn’t have “lost” evidence so much as “inadmissible” because someone took shortcuts.

As to the perp, I have my suspicions. Mostly because Tom is clearly protecting someone, and I don’t think it’s Danny.

the trailer for the next episode of broadchurch tho, there's this part at the end where joe is standing in his box and he closes his eyes all slow and shit and I swear there's just relief on his face and I can hear it now I can hear the 'not guilty' verdict in my head.

Broadchurch stuff: okay, so Claire was sleeping with Mr. Gillespie and HE sent her the bluebell? Also, is Claire's mobile background a bluebell as well, or did I imagine that? This season is killing me!!

It does seem implied that Claire and Ricky did the nasty, but maybe Ricky helped Claire commit the girls/hide the bodies and so they keep in contact in case one of them starts to fall under suspicion or something?? Idk, and the bluebell thing is driving me bonkers. The only thing I can think of with the bluebells is that the forest with the bluebells is surrounding the pond/lake/whatever body of water that was where Pippa's body had been placed. Since Lee obviously didn't send Claire the bluebells, it's entirely possible that Ricky did, especially since he has that picture in his office. Or maybe it was Lisa, showing Claire that she knows what she did and that she's alive?? I feel like every time we get an answer to something we get five more questions.
