For the unpopular opinion thing: Bootlegs cause more harm than help. They are not allowed for a reason and should be more strictly enforced
strongly agree | agree | neutral | DISAGREE | strongly disagree
send me an unpopular opinion
i get the argument, but i feel like the people that suffer through bootlegs generally are people who would see the show if they could, but for some reason they are unable. plus, bootlegs are nothing like seeing the real thing and i think people see the live show on top of the bootleg.
you've been given the ability to make a musical about anything you want. What would it be about, who would be the star, and what would the name of the big, well-known number be? GO!
ohmygoshthisissuchagoodquestionnnnnnn
i think it would probably be about something really innocent like clothes or sunshine or bad puns, but have a deep, dark, metaphorical meaning that becomes more and apparent as the show goes on (which is basically my personality musical-ifyed now that i think about it). at the end everyone dies. i would definitely want chris mccarrell, alan cumming, alice ripley, laura benanti, and jennifer damiano! the big song would be basically a metaphor for how society acts so perfect but is so messed up (maybe a dramatic solo by jennifer damiano) and be called “the blood inside”.
THANK YOU FOR THIS QUESTION YOU ROCK SO MUCH ILY
